Start with what you are carrying, not what to call it.
You do not need to know whether you need a naturopath or a counsellor. You just need to know what is going on for you. Find the pathway that fits, make an appointment, and we will work it out together.
Most people who come to me are tired, stretched, and unsure where to start. They have often been looked at in pieces, a blood result here, weight gain, a thought pattern there, anxiety, deep-seated fear about the future, chronic health issues, and no one has looked at the whole picture. So this is organised around how you actually feel, not around professional labels. Below are the four areas I most often help with. The thing is stress is generally an underlying element for everybody – it is the degree to which someone is able to cope with it that makes all the difference. I deal with each one of you in the same way: body and mind together, in the one room, starting from exactly where you are. Energy – physical and mental - is the currency of health, and the aim is to help you get yours back.
Each begins with the whole of you, not a single symptom.
Anxiety, Stress & Burnout
For people who feel wired and tired, anxious in a way no one has quite explained, carrying too much for too long. For the partner or adult child watching someone they love run on empty, wishing they knew how to help. This work looks at both — the felt experience, and what's happening underneath: nervous system, sleep, blood sugar, gut, movement, nutrition, relationships and the story that ties it together.
Explore this pathwaySleep & Energy
For people who are exhausted all day and wide awake at 3am — running on coffee, never restored by sleep. Often the main caregiver, time-poor, with no downtime and no space for self-care. This work looks at cortisol, hormones, mineral deficiencies, adrenal depletion, movement, sunlight exposure, digital addiction, and bedtime worry — gently, one change at a time.
Explore this pathwayWeight, Metabolic Health & Blood Sugar
For people whose weight won't shift no matter what they try, or who've had a prediabetic blood result or show signs of insulin resistance — often after years of dieting, or a complicated relationship with food and their body. This work looks beneath the surface: blood sugar, hormones and perimenopause, liver enzymes, sleep, stress and anxiety, movement and cardiovascular fitness — all without restriction, without shame. Swap, don't stop.
Explore this pathwayLow Mood, Grief & Life Transitions
For people feeling flat, low, depressed, or grieving, or lost in a season of change — retirement, identity, or the load of caring for everyone but themselves. Often shaped by financial pressure, relationship strain, low self-esteem, or years of putting others first. Also, for those who worry intensely about their health, or avoid care out of fear. A space to be heard, not pathologised — with lifestyle medicine held gently in the background of the care.
Explore this pathwayHowever you arrive, the approach is the same: your Life Script.
Whichever pathway fits, the work follows the same gentle shape. We look at the whole of you, body, mind and the way you live, and we build a Life Script: a plan written around your daily life, the way you eat, move, sleep or manage stress, and helping you identify two or three changes you are genuinely ready to make to feel better, live more. Not a generic protocol. Not a list of things to give up. A personalised plan to suit your lifestyle.
